Dana Nino has fifteen years of experience in the global payments space, with extensive experience in hyper-growth, early stage companies, emerging markets and cross border solutions. She is Senior Vice President of Growth for Emergent Payments, joining the company in March 2019.
Dana has specific expertise in sourcing and developing complex, strategic relationships with global, top tier merchants and partners. A payments veteran, with a strong reputation for delivering innovative payments solutions for hard-to-reach countries. She has worked with some of the largest global brands in ecommerce, travel, digital content, education and financial services sectors. Dana has particular expertise in emerging markets like China, India and Latin America.
Dana has a broad payments background and has had held leadership roles and had oversight in multiple areas of the payment ecosystem including; compliance, regulatory licensing, sales, account managements, M&A, go-to-market strategy, product innovation and marketing.
Dana has previously held leadership roles with PayPal, Geoswift, Cambridge Global Payments and Mastercard. She has published numerous payments articles and has been a speaker at several global payments conferences and events. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from University of Southern California in Los Angeles and currently lives in Pleasanton, CA.
